Well, we have reached another milestone- 32 weeks!! When you break that down we are at the 53 days till d-day. To me this is just CrAzY! I can't believe how fast everything has gone already.
How are things going? Everything has been going pretty good thus far. I have been feeling pretty good but I am getting tired a lot easier. Sleeping through the night has become impossible.... I know it will only get worse but I suppose that is just how it goes.
We had a Dr. appt. yesterday and he said that everything was still right on track. I gained a pound in the last 3 weeks so I suppose this is good. I am sure I will be in for a surprise at the next appointment 'cuz I can already feel Peanut growing at super speeds!
The heartrate was 159 bpm, I can never remember if that means boy or girl but I suppose it really doesn't matter. As the days go by I start to lean towards thinking the baby is a girl. I still don't know for sure either way but everyone keeps telling me it is a girl so I think I am just starting to believe it.
Another thing I have really noticed is that this baby LOVES to stretch. It isn't uncommon to feel something at my hip and something pushing on the opposite side of my ribcage. Sometimes it feels kinda cool but a lot of time time it really hurts! :)
We had week 3 of baby class last night. I think we both are learning a lot and the stuff that they are bringing up has really started some good conversations between the 2 of us. I think we are both a little overwhelmed when we think about all of the things we have to consider when I go in to labor...... If anyone has any suggestions for things we should know but probably haven't thought of as first time parents, pass them our way!!
I can't believe you are 32 weeks already! That went so fast. The little one will be here before you know it:)
ReplyDeleteRemember to bring your camera into the delivery room...for after birth shots of cutting the umbilicle cord, or baby with mom and dad...we forgot the first time and left it in the truck! PS: You look great!!
ReplyDeleteI think it's a boy. That was Nate's heart rate almost the whole pregnancy. Ellie's was slower I think. My vote was for boy.
