I realize you probably aren't supposed to talk about your accomplishments while working out BUT I can't help myself. I have been lazy for WAY too long so I am actually super proud of myself for getting up and doing something. I have been hitting the elliptical pretty hard the last 2 weeks and I actually do feel a bit of a difference. I didn't work out for 2 days in a row and honestly felt different/crappy. (is that weird?) A month ago I didn't really think I would enjoy (Ok, enjoy is a strong word) working out but I kind of like it now.
Anyway, I think I wrote this just to keep myself motivated... sorry if it was boring BUT GO ME! :)
I think that is great Mandy! I know I can tell a difference when I take a few days off so its not just you! Keep up the hard work!
ReplyDeleteHey Mandy..Yes when I would not work out for a couple days I would feel like crap and had no energy...Brad is the same way when he takes a couple days off from working out. When I would work out at a normal routine I had alot of energy and overall just felt better. I am ready to get back working out more but there is only so many things I can do right now! But that is great that you are feeling good when working out!
