Justin and I are hoping to start house shopping BUT we are totally clueless about the process. Does anyone have any great advice? We are looking for recommended lenders, mortgage companies, etc. Any helpful hints would be much appreciated!
A good realtor is so important! If you can get one that REALLY listens to you about what you're looking for it makes the process so much easier. I would recommend talking to people you know that own a house to see if they can give you any names or recommendations.
